Catch the Spirit of Laughter: Clean comedy sponsored by Trinity Fellowship International Church in Stafford. Comedy show starts at 7:30 p.m., tickets are $12 and available at the door. For details, call 540/842-0961.

Anniversary celebration, reenactment: Massaponax Baptist Church in Spotsylvania, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday:

Reel Faith Film Festival, at Revolution, 810 Caroline Street, 3rd floor. Movie starts at 3 p.m., followed by a discussion. Participants can stick around for worship in the evening.
