Victoria Osteen Cleared
A jury ruled today that the wife of televangelist Joel Osteen did not assault a flight attendant.
Continental Airlines flight attendant Sharon Brown sued Victoria Osteen for $405,000, claiming the megachurch pastor’s wife threw a fit after a stain was not cleaned fast enough during a December 2005 flight.
The jury rejected that claim.
"I’m glad it’s over," Victoria Osteen said afterward, according to AP reports. "I expected it because it’s the truth and I know the truth always stands firm."
